No Refunds Policy

At Civics park Cleaning Co., we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a service has been booked and completed.


1. Services

  • Payments made for cleaning services are non-refundable.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will arrange a re-clean of the specific area at no additional cost.


2. Deposits & Prepayments

  • Any deposits or prepayments made to secure a booking are non-refundable.

  • If you reschedule within the allowed time frame ([Insert time, e.g., 24–48 hours]), the deposit may be applied to your new appointment.


3. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • Cancellations made after the required notice period will result in forfeiture of payment or deposit.

  • Missed appointments due to lack of access to the property, unsafe conditions, or customer no-shows are not eligible for refunds.


4. Products & Supplies

  • All purchases of cleaning supplies, equipment, or related products through our website are final sale and non-refundable.


5. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following limited cases:

  • If Civic Spark Cleaning Co. cancels your appointment and cannot reschedule within a reasonable time frame.

  • If duplicate payments are made in error.
